ulat gonggok!

aku yakin dan pasti, ramai orang tahu ulat seperti di gambar ini. ulat ni juga la yang aku selalu jadikan permainan di usia kanak-kanak dulu. ulat ni aku sangka tidak membahayakan mahupun mencederakan manusial. namun, beberapa hari yang lepas, tanggapan aku tentang ulat ini ternyata salah. aku tak tahu macam mana cara ulat ini boleh buat kulit aku luka. tapi yang pasti kulit aku melecur. masa tu aku tertidur. dalam likungan 5am aku tersedar dan meraung. sakit melecur. macam hangus pun ada. selama 20 tahun aku hidup baru sekarang aku tahu ulat ni pun boleh mencederakan manusia. aku kena masa di kampung dan masa tu aku tidur tidak memakai baju. tu yang kena tu. tapi pakcikmakcik,atok,nenek aku semua pelik. tak pernahpernah ada orang kena. kalau lipan, kala jengking tu pernah la ada yang kena kat kampung. sangat fobia! 

60km/h.

baru sekarang aku dapat hikmah di sebalik kereta aku rosak dan aku menggunakan kereta abi untuk ke mana-mana. memang lah susah untuk bergerak ke sana ke mari menggunakan kereta abi. tapi apa boleh buat. dah nasib macam ni. apa hikmah di sebalik ni? hikmahnya. aku drive kereta perlahan gila! 60km/h. seriously bosan+mengantuk kalau drive slow. tapi apakan daya. nak jimat minyak punya pasal. paling aku tak boleh tahan, aku drive ke pontian, 1jam 6minit! tu jalan tak sesak. kereta takda. senang cerita, depan kereta aku takda kenderaan. belakang kereta aku banyak kenderaan. dah aku kat depan,slow plak tu. tu yang banyak kederaan kat belakang. em. kilometer antara rumah aku ke kampung lebih kurang 30km kalau tak salah.huh.

Seorang lelaki datang menemui Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dan bertanya:
“Siapakah manusia yang paling berhak untuk aku layan dengan sebaik-baiknya?”
Baginda menjawab: “Ibu kamu.”
Dia bertanya lagi: “Kemudian siapa?”
Baginda menjawab: “Ibu kamu.”
Dia bertanya lagi: “Kemudian siapa?”
Baginda menjawab: “Ibu kamu.”
Dia bertanya lagi: “Kemudian siapa?”
Baginda menjawab: “Ayah kamu.”

Seorang sahabat bernama Jahimah radhiallahu 'anh datang menemui Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam meminta pandangan baginda untuk dia ikut serta dalam ekspedisi Jihad.

Rasulullah bertanya: “Adakah kamu masih mempunyai ibu?”
Jahimah menjawab: “Ya.”

Lalu Rasulullah bersabda:
“Tinggallah bersamanya kerana sesungguhnya syurga terletak di bawah tapak kakinya.” Di antara ibu dan ayah, ibulah yang lebih berhak untuk menerima perhatian daripada seorang anak. Tidak sekadar itu, ibu memiliki hak tiga kali ganda lebih besar daripada seorang ayah sepertimana terbukti melalui hadis di atas. Syurga juga terletak di bawah kaki ibu, sebagaimana yang dijelaskan dalam hadis kedua di atas.

jika seorang wanita yang bergelar ibu hanya berkerjaya sebagai suri rumah, adakah ia perlu di pandang dengan sebelah mata?

ibu... ibu bukan sahaja ibu,emak,mama. tugas ibu bukan hanya menyusukan anak.tugas ibu bukan hanya menukar lampin anak.ibu merupakan tukang masak (chef).ibu tak perlu belajar tinggitinggi untuk belajar memasak tapi ibu boleh berjaya memasak.ibu juga merupakan doktor.ibu tidak perlu belajar selama 6tahun bagi bergelar doktor.ibu pereka fashion.ibu tidak ada kelulusan tentang fashion mahupun pengetahuan tentang fashion tapi ibu tetap mahu anak dia bergaya.

siapa orang yang paling di ingati ibu? siapa orang pertama yang ibu akan fikirkan jika dia ingin mengerjakan ibadah haji?

ibu tak makan.dulu, ibu masakkan kau ikan bawal masak 3rasa!tak cukup duitkah kau untuk belikan ibu nasi dan lauk ikan?!kau makan kat western restraunt boleh!

kita dah kerja.apa yang penting?kerjalah! ibu?terus kita lupakan!tak ingat ibu ke?!ada apa dengan kerja?!gila pangkat ke?!kerja buat kau letih je ada la!

Legal requirements on the modification of vehicles

Section 12 of the Road Transport Act 1897 stipulates the legal requirements on any modification to a vehicle before and after its registration:
Inspection of motor vehicles and information to the Director-General

The Director-General or a director may at any time before registration of a motor vehicle require the motor vehicle to be brought to any convenient place specified by him and to be inspected and, if necessary, to be weighed and measured and after registration may at any time require a motor vehicle to be brought as aforesaid if he has reason to believe:-
1. that the motor vehicle does not comply with the requirements of this Act;
2. that any information furnished to him in respect of the motor vehicle is false, incorrect or misleading;
3. that the motor vehicle is not in a serviceable condition; or
4. that the weight, dimension, character, construction, colour, identifying particulars or seating accommodation has been altered after the registration thereof.
The registered owner of a motor vehicle shall forthwith inform the Director in writing of any circumstance or event which affects the accuracy of any entry in the register relating to the motor vehicle, and shall at the same time forward or deliver to the Director the registration certificate relating to such motor vehicle.
The registered owner of a motor vehicle shall, whenever required by the Director to do so:-
forthwith furnish to the Director all such information as he may require for the purpose of verifying the entries relating to such motor vehicle in the register; and
forthwith forward or deliver to the Director the registration certificate relating to such motor vehicle.
After a motor vehicle has been inspected, weighed or measured under subsection (1), or upon receipt of any information or proof furnished in respect of a motor vehicle under subsection (2) or (3), the Director may make such amendments in the register and in the registration certificate relating to such motor vehicle as he may consider necessary, and shall return the registration certificate to the registered owner.
Any person who without reasonable excuse fails to comply with any requirement of the Director-General or a director under subsection (1) or under subsection (2) or (3) shall be guilty of an offence.

There are modifications or installation of accessories that can be done without prior approval from the Director-General of the RTD, particularly modifications or fittings that do not affect the character, stability and safety of the vehicle:-

Installation of air spoiler at the front and rear.
Installation of side skirt, aerofoil and door visor on a car.
Installation of protecting guards at the front and rear of a car.
Minor modifications on the radiator grilles, bonnet or the shape and design of the lights.
Modification or installation of bigger bumpers (steel or fibreglass) at the front and rear.
Installation of bigger rims and tyres.
Installation of carrier brackets.
Installation of additional brake light (red) or signal lights (amber).
Installation of spot lights or halogen lights (both white and yellow) at the front only, in addition to existing lights.
Installation of wind shield, fibreglass lamp cover and fibreglass engine cover on front part of motorcycle where the accessories are not protruding out of the ends of the motorcycle handles.

Note

The abovementioned list will be amended from time to time. However, minor modifications and the installation of accessories must comply with the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) Rules 1959 or Motor Vehicles (Construction, Equipment and Use) Rules 1988.
For example:-

1. If an air spoiler, aerofoil or side skirt is installed, it must not exceed 155 mm measured from the outer edge of the rear wheel.

2. If a door visor is installed, it must not exceed 100 mm in width and height.

3. If bigger rims or wider tyres are used, they must be completely covered by mudguards or mudflaps

4. If protecting guards are installed, they must not cover the vehicle headlights. Sharp edges or protruding parts must not exceed 100 mm. In addition, the overall width must not exceed the original width of the car.

5. If bigger bumpers or protecting guards are installed, the addition at the front and rear must not exceed 50% of the wheelbase of the vehicle.

6. The distance between the headlights and signal lights must not exceed 300 mm and 400 mm respectively, measured from the widest part of the body after modification.

7. If a carrier bracket is installed, it must not exceed the length of the roof, or the width of the vehicle or the height of 400 mm, measured from highest point of the bracket.

Installation of accessories that are not allowed

Blinking lights (other than signal lights and hazard lights) at the front or rear of the car.
Installation of blue, violet or green lights.
Installation of musical horns or two-toned horns.
Installation of spot lights at the rear of the car.
Installation of tinted glass or coloured material on the front windscreen, rear windscreen and side windows which permit less than 70% light transmission.
{mostip}Note: Note: However, the use of tinted glass or coloured material on the uppermost part of the front windscreen, i.e. 20% of its width, and quarter windows is allowed. The above list may be amended from time to time.{/mostip}


Types of modifications that require prior approval from the RTD

If the modification and installation of accessories result in significant changes to the shape, measurement, stability, safety as well as the original character of the motor vehicle, written permission must be obtained in advance from the RTD. For example:-

Modification to the monocoque frame of a motor vehicle.
Modification to the original shape or character of the vehicle.
Modification from a saloon car to a convertible.
Modification to the fuel system.
Modification to the brake system.
Modification to the steering system.
Modification to the wheelbase of the vehicle.
The use of a fibreglass body to replace a steel body.
Change of engine.
Installation of sunroof


For the above or similar modifications, applications must be submitted to:-
Director,
Automotive Engieneering Division,
Road Transport Department,
Level 2, Block D4, Parcel D,
Federal Government Administrative Centre,
62620 Putrajaya

Complete plan which shows in detail the modifications to be made including the measurements and the steps to be followed.
Technical specifications relating to the modifications.
Where applicable, certificate or letter of confirmation from a professional engineer (mechanical/automotive engineering) which states and confirms that the design and modifications that will be done on the vehicle are stable and safe to be used.
Details of the vehicle to be modified.

Any modification that may affect the stability of the vehicle or that may cause the vehicle to become dangerous when used on the road will not be allowed.

dugaan..

terlalu banyak dugaan yang menimpa aku akhir-akhir ini. sampai di saat ini, air mata aku hampir jatuh membasahi tilam. namun, aku tetap bertahan. aku menabahkan hati. menenangkan perasaan. menyimpulkan akal. bermacam-macam yang perlu aku kawal. aku cuba untuk terus menerus mengawal minda aku untuk memikirkan apa yang waras. o0o. bahasa post kali ni pun dah tunggang langgang seperti keadaan orang yang menaip juga. lagi kusut dan masai.

aku fobia menggunakan barangan mahal. aku fobia. memang besh guna barang mahal. tahan. smarties. tapi aku tak tahu kenapa lately ni, semuanya musnah! hancur! hilang! tiap kali aku pegang, aku memiliki, ianya seakan-akan di rampas. barangan mahal itu bukan maksud untuk meriak. ianya adalah satu ganti nama yang aku gunakan bagi barangan seperti laptop, kamera dan handphone.

buat pertama kalinya, handphone aku screennya pecah. aku tidak perasan masa bila ianya pecah. tapi seingat aku, aku meletakkan handphone itu di pocket belakang seluar aku. ia, bagi orang lain ianya logik jika screen handphone aku pecah dengan kondisi tempat yang aku letak di pocket belakang. tapi bagi aku, ianya tidak logik kerana aku telah biasa meletakkannya di kondisi itu. tapi kenapa pada saat itu, ianya pecah?

laptop. benda yang aku sangat sayang. benda yang mahal. benda yang aku impikan selama ini. dahla laptop, ciri-ciri laptop itu juga idaman aku. tapi, Allah lebih sayang laptop itu. laptop itu hilang akibat rumah sewa aku di pecah pada sekitar jam 6.30 pagi. pagi ye, bukan malam. sedih. sangat sedih. tak di gambarkan pada masa itu. bukan setakat sedih malahan cukup tension. laptop yang tak sampai setahun aku guna hilang dalam sekelip mata. laptop yang aku nak guna sampai akhir semester sesi pembelajaran aku di ambil orang. rasanya seperti kehilangan bini! sangat sedih! tension! marah!

di hari ini, kamera milik ummi ku pula screennya pecah. protector screen pecah. boleh if tak ganti tapi tak jamin berapa lama hayatnya. aku melaburkan duit dan meminjam duit untuk menggantikannya. buat pertama kalinya, aku menggantikan dengan duit aku. sedangkan phone aku pun aku tak ganti-ganti lagi screen. tapi apakan daya, malu kalau tak ganti. takut di marahi kalau nampak rupa kamera begitu.

o0o. sedih. aku seperti sudah gila. kalau aku mohon hospital bahagia, aku la orang yang paling layak. tak perlu nak temuduga lagi. comfirm dapat masuk hospital bahagia uh. tak kira la kat perak ke johor ke, comfirm dapat! serious!

Ya Allah. hanya Kau yang tahu apa yang terbaik baik buat aku. aku mampu untuk bersabar dan akan terus untuk bersabar dalam setiap apa yang Kau menduga aku.

ini baru cerita semester ni. eh bukan semester ni. cerita dua tiga bulan ni. Ya Allah. aku benarbenar fobia! fobia! taknak pegang kamera! taknak pegang laptop! taknak guna phone! argh. serious. nak nangis. =(
